Green light for five new residential sites in county Kilkenny suburb
The local authority has approved plans for five new residential sites in south Kilkenny.
Meadowcourt Homes Ltd has been given permission to proceed with plans for the site developmental works at The Beeches, Mount Sion, Ballyrobin in Ferrybank.
The developer also got the go ahead to build a detached, two storey house on each of the five sites and all ‘associated site development works, including the provision of an entrance from Mount Sion Road’.
