LATEST:1,345 new cases of virus confirmed
A further 1,345 people have contracted the coronavirus, the Department of Health confirmed this evening.
That’s a rise of 219 on Sunday’s total.
The number of people currently being treated for Covid-19 in hospital has risen to 141 an increase of 18 on yesterday’s figures.
Some 25 patients are now in ICU, an increase of three on yesterday’s total.
