Plans for major development of 100 new homes in county Kilkenny
Plans for a major new development of almost 100 new homes have been lodged with Kilkenny County Council.
The development of 97 houses and apartments at Mount Sion Road in Ferrybank consists of four apartment blocks housing one and two-bed flats.
The planning application also seeks permission for more than 60 houses of different sizes.
The developer, Kilkenny Walsh Limited, is also seeking permission to demolish a house at Bakers, Mount Sion, to allow to the new development.
