Father-of-three who died in Kilkenny air crash tragedy is laid to rest this morning

THE KILKENNY man who died tragically in an air accident last Friday is to be laid to rest this morning.
Father-of-three Richard ‘Dick’ O’Connell will be buried after 11 o’clock mass St. Colman’s Church, Clara.
The popular stonemason was killed when his micro-light plane crashed into power lines near Gowran Cross, last Friday night.
The accident occurred close to the experienced pilots home while a birthday party of one of his children was taking place.
