AFTER a fairly miserable start to the week, it looks as if the sun has made a beautiful comeback just in time for an action packed weekend in Kilkenny.
In its latest forecast, Met Éireann is predicting dry, bright and warm weather this weekend, with temperatures set to soar to 24 and 25 degrees on Sunday.
Today will be sunny and dry, with a few clouds hanging around at time, with temperatures of up to 21 degrees.
Tomorrow will be a bright, warm, sunny day with the mercury rising to 23 degrees at time, according to the national forecaster.
And Sunday could be even hotter again, possibly reaching 25 degrees.
Met Eireann said Monday will remain warm and sunny, but we may see a return to the humid, cloudy weather into the back-end of next week.
