Car crashes into county Kilkenny house, woman rushed to hospital

A WOMAN was rushed to hospital this afternoon after the car she was driving smashed into a house.
The crash happened at Seven Houses Cross on the Kells-Kilkenny road early this afternoon.
The car the woman was driving was involved in a crash with another car before hitting the house.
The woman was taken to St Luke’s General hospital in an ambulance. Gardai closed off the road for a time this afternoon, but it has since re-opened
The driver of the second car, the only person in that car, was uninjured in the collision.
