Plans for new housing development outside Kilkenny city
A local construction company has unveiled plans for a small new housing deveoplment outside Kilkenny city.
Paddy Raggett Homes Limited has lodged a planning application with Kilkenny County Council for the development of eight new homes at The Weir View on the Castlecomer Road, Dunmore.
The homes consist of six semi-detached, two storey three-bedroom dwellings and two semi-detached, two storey four bedroom dwellings.
According to the planning application, the development would also include a site access road and pathways, “intersite boundary treatments and associated landscaping, connection to existing mains foul and surface water services plus all associated site work”.
