Thieves sneak into county Kilkenny property and make off with power tools

Thieves broke into a property in county Kilkenny and made off with several valuable power tools.

The break-in occurred at Clomantagh, Barna, Urlingford, sometime between 6pm and 11pm last Thursday.

A local Garda spokesperson confirmed a number of items were stolen, including two black Parkside welders and a black and silver Parkside wet and dry vacuum.

Gardai have urged witnesses or anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area at the time to contact Urlingford Garda Station on 056 883 1133.
