Vandal smashes car windows just moments after owner parked vehicle near Kilkenny city
Vandals smashed in the windows of a car shortly after the owner parked the vehicle on the outskirts of Kilkenny city.
The incident occurred at Quarryland sometime between 11am and noon on Saturday, February 13.
The female owner parked the black Volkswagen Golf just after 11am. She returned less than an hour later to find the windows of the car smashed in. However, gardai confirmed nothing was taken from the vehicle.
Eyewitnesses or anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area at the time is asked to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000.
