More bus terror in Kilkenny as vandals smash windows of moving coach
A bus has had windows smashed as it drove along a road in Kilkenny city.
It is the third such attack in just over a month – and the fourth incident of its kind in Kilkenny this year.
The latest attack on a Kilkenny City Bus, occurred in the Hebron area shortly after 11pm on Monday. It was the third time this service has been targeted in the same area this year.
The bus had just passed Purcellsinch and was travelling towards the Johnswell Road Roundabout when it came under fire from a barrage of stones and rocks. Two of the vehicles windows were smashed in the attack.
Fortunately, there are no reports of injuries as a result of the incident.
