Break-in at one of Kilkenny most popular tourist attractions

Burglars broke into one of Kilkenny’s main poppular attractions overnight and made off with some work tools.

The theft occurred at the Discovery Park in Castlecomer at 1am this morning.

Security staff went to the premises after the thieves triggered the alarm, but the burglars had already fled the scene.

They discovered the workshop had been broken into and that some tools had been taken.
