Decision on Kilkenny mosque postponed as planning chiefs consider appeals
PLANNING authorities have deferred a decision on the plan to build a mosque in Kilkenny.
An Bord Pleanála was due to made a judgement on the development this week.
However, planning chiefs have indicated their decision will not be published until the end of next month.
Three separate appeals to the mosque plans are being considered after planning for the development in the Hebron Industrial Estate was granted by Kilkenny County Council last year.
