Speed demon clocked doing 188km/h on Kilkenny road

A motorist was clocked doing 188km/h on a Kilkenny road. The driver was stopped by members of the Kilkenny Roads Policing Unit near Junction 8 on the M9 outside Kilkenny on Saturday. A local Garda spokesperson confirmed the speeding motorist will be prosecuted and urged other drivers to “mind that speed”.
