Burglars break into house in Kilkenny city and make off with stash of foreign cash
Burglars forced open the front door of a house in Kilkenny city before stealing a large sum of money in foreign currencies.
A total of US $2,000 and £40 in Sterling were taken during the break in, which occurred at a house in Altamount last Thursday.
Witnesses or anyone with information about the break-in is asked to contact Kilkenny Garda Station 056 555 7000.
