Four well-known Kilkenny businesswomen up for prestigious national awards

FOUR Kilkenny woman are in West Cork today, waiting to hear if they have been named Business Woman of the Year.

Angela Hayes, Dominika Stoppa, Anne Marie Hallihan and Michelle Treacy join around 250 women from all over the country, hoping to pick up the ultimate accolade at the Network Ireland Businesswoman of the Year awards, being held in Rosscarbery, County Cork.

The Kilkenny businesswomen have already won the 2019 South East region award in their respective categories. The ceremony takes place this evening as part of the Network Ireland Annual Conference 2019.

The four Kilkenny businesswomen nominated are:

Michelle Treacy              – Michelle Treacy Millinery                                  – Arts category

Anne Marie Hallinan     – Kilkenny Civic Trust                                             – Employee Shining Star category

Dominika Stoppa             – Dominika Stoopa Coaching and Training     – Emerging New Business category

Angela Hayes                    – Teac Tom (The Thomas Hayes Trust)             – Local Enterprise category
