Garda probe after pedestrian is struck by car in city
A PEDESTRIAN was injured after they were struck by a car in a housing estate in the city this evening.
The incident occurred at the road through Dean Cavanagh Place and Father Albert Place at around 6pm.
Local gardai attended the scene.
The Garda Press Office confirmed the incident is being investigated.
A Garda spokesperson told KilkennyNow.ie tonight: “Garda are investigating a collision between a car and a pedestrian at Dean Kavanagh Place at 6pm on. Minor injuries reported.”
