Green light for large new development of family homes in Kilkenny town
A housing development of 41 homes has been given the go-ahead to be built in a county Kilkenny town.
Kilkenny County Council has approved developer Andrew Glennon’s application to build the development at Friary Walk, Clashacollare in Callan.
The plans for the 41 semi-detached and terraced houses development were originally lodged with the local authority last March.
As well as the houses, the council approved the provision of eight residential serviced sites as part of the plans.
The development will consist of five three-bedroom homes and 36 four-bedroom houses.
