Ireland’s Best Family Friendly Hotel: Kilkenny’s Newpark Hotel shortlisted again for prestigious national award

KILKENNY’S multi-award winning Newpark Hotel has again been shortlisted for the prestigious Gold Medal Award for Irelands Best Family Friendly Hotel.

The hotel, which won the national award in 2018, is renowned for being one of Ireland’s most family friendly hotels, with exceptional facilities on site to keep all the family entertained.

These include the Newpark Adventure Trail, Tree-Top Adventure Playground with Zip Line, the Newpark Mini Wildlife Farm, on site Go-Karting, the Newpark Fairy Train, Newpark Adventure Fen Trail which is a 2.5-mile nature walk, ‘The Zone’ indoor games room and the Crazy Cats Kids club.

For the adults, Newpark boasts an impressive array of health and leisure facilities, including a luxurious spa and fantastic eateries with Gulliver’s Restaurant, Scott’s Bar & Brasserie and a new contemporary terrace area.

The award ceremony will take place in the Lyrath Estate on Tuesday, September 24. The event is a highlight in the diary for those in the hospitality and catering sector and recognises the best in the industry nationwide.
