Kilkenny man charged in connection with murder of man found dead in caravan
A 33-year-old man appeared in court today charged in connection with the murder of a man in Castlecomer in 2006.
Martin Kelly, of Church Avenue, Castlecomer, made a brief appearance before Carlow District Court charged with the murder of Gerry Nolan (44).
Mr Nolan died at his caravan at Deerpark, Castlecomer, on July 24, 2006.
Judge Geraldine Carthy remanded the defendant in custody to appear before Kilkenny District Court on March 16.
