A further 1,558 more people have contected the coronavirus, the Department of Health confirmed this evening.
Today’s total is 200 fewer than yesterday’s total.
There are 262 people being treated for the virus in hospital, up 14 since yesterday.
The number of people in intensive care units is 51, up three on the previous 24 hours.
