Man in his 50s found dead in house, gardai treating death as suspicious

GARDAI have discovered the body of man in a house in Cork City this afternoon.
The man’s body was found in a house on the Bandon Road just before midday and gardai are treating the circumstances surrounding the man’s death as suspicious. It’s understood the man is in his 50s.
The State Pathologist’s Office has been notified and the area has been cordoned off. Garda technical experts are currently at the scene.
Detectives are carrying out door-to-door inquiries.
