Plan for new housing estate outside Kilkenny village

Plans for a large development of 40 new family homes in county Kilkenny have been lodged with the local authroity.

Liam Neville Developments is seeking permission to build the mixture of detached, two-storey and single-storey, semi-detached and terraced houses at Narrabaun South in Kilmacow.

Their planning appication also seeks approval for “all associated site development works, including entrance from the adjoining public road and also the installation of all necessary services installations, including connection of foul and storm to existing public main on public road adjoining and connection from existing watermain on existing public road adjoining”.

Kilkenny County Council is expected to announce its decision on the development early next month.
