Plan to build development of homes for Kilkenny’s elderly
A plan to build much-needed housing for the elderly in south Kilkenny has been received by the local authority.
Developer Anamarc Limited has lodged plans with Kilkenny County Council to build the development at Berkley, Mount Sion Road, Ballyrobin in Ferrybank.
If approved the development would consist of five two-bedroom bungalows specifically designed for the elderly.~
A decision on the application is expected during the middle of August.
