Planning works on major road scheme through county Kilkenny halted
Planning works on a major road scheme running through county Kilkenny have been suspended because of a shortage of funds.
The N24 regionally important transport corridor between Limerick and Waterford than runs through south Kilkenny and seven other schemes have been halted by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII).
The projects also include a section of the strategically significant N11/M11 corridor between Dublin and Rosslare Harbour in county Wexford.
