Plans for new housing development at busy Kilkenny intersection
A developer has lodged plans to build a development of new residences at a site on a busy junction in Kilkenny city with the local authority.
Hebron Ventures Limited is seeking planning permission from Kilkenny County Council to build 22 new homes on the Callan Road.
The 0.27 hectare site is located at the Callan Road Roundabout junction and meets both College Road and Circular Road.
The development will consist of 22 residential units comprising of nine three-bedroom own door maisonettes, nine one-bedroom apartments and four two-bedroom own door duplex units.
A decision on the application is expected by the end of August.
