Plans to build 25 new homes in Kilkenny village

PLAN for a development of 25 new homes in Kilkenny village have been received by the council.

The new development in Dangan townsland, beside Kilmacow, would create living space for over 70 people.

Dunkitt Properties Ltd submitted the planning application to the council last week for the construction of the houses close to both the M9 motorway and Waterford city.

The plans are for the construction of 15 two-storey two-bed houses, six two-storey three-bed homes and four single-storey one-bed apartments.

The application also requests entrance and access road and all associated ancillary site works and associated public service connections and upgrades.
