REST IN PEACE: Kilkenny Death Notices

Boland (Talbots Inch, Kilkenny) 1st October 2020, peacefully, in the presence of his family, Charlie, beloved husband of the late Frances and much loved father of Conor, Emmet and Ruth, sadly missed by his loving family, brother Mike and his wife Anne, son-in-law Stephen, daughter-in-law Deirdre, grandchildren Lilly, Evan and Órla, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

In keeping with current guidelines regarding public gatherings, social distancing and face covering, a Committal Service for Charlie will take place on Saturday 3rd October at 12 noon in Foulkstown Cemetery, Waterford Road, Kilkenny. House private please.

Jim FLANAGAN 
Bennettsbridge Road, Gowran

Jim Flanagan, Bennettsbridge Road Gowran, Co. Kilkenny died peacefully on the 1st October 2020 in the wonderful care of Gowran Abbey Nursing Home. Deeply regretted by his cousins, Genevieve, Tom, their families,neighbours ,friends, and all at Dalton House Day Care Centre.

Requiem mass at 11 0′ clock in church of the Assumption Gowran on Saturday 3rd . Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Due to Government guidelines a private family funeral will take place. Condolences can be left here.

Wife of the late Mick. Deeply regretted by her loving daughters Julie (Maher), Finnuala (Phelan), Helen (Burke), sons Thomas, John, Patrick, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Teddy, sons-in-law Jimmy, Pierce, James, daughters-in-law Kathleen (O’Reilly), Tina (Shevlin), sister-in-law Esther, brother-in-law Pat, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her residence on Sunday from 2 o’clock with Prayers at 7 o’clock. Funeral Mass on Monday morning in St. Lachtain’s Church at 11 o’clock (max. 50 people) followed by burial in St. Lachtain’s Cemetery.

Please observe Government guidelines regarding face masks and handshaking in the residence, Church and Cemetery. Family Flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Carlow/Kilkenny Home Care. Donation Box in Church.
