Nuala Cummins (nee Laracy) Barrettstown, Knocktopher, Co. Kilkenny who died on 21st February 2020 peacefully at her residence and is predeceased by her beloved husband Oliver.

Deeply regretted by her loving family sons Brendan & Aidan, daughter Cathleen, daughters-in-law Michelle & Pauline, son-in-law John, grandchildren Hannah, Caia, Olly, Áine, Eamonn & Olive, sisters Ina & Antonette, brother Pat, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at her residence from 3pm tomorrow Sunday 23rd Feburary conculding with Rosary at 7pm. Funeral to arrive at The Carmelite Church, Knocktopher for 11am Requiem Mass on Monday 24th February with burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

House Private on Monday Morning Please. No Flowers only Please Donations if Desried to Carlow/Kilkenny Home Care Team.

Newpark, Kilkenny city

Drohan (nee Walsh) (66 Newpark, Kilkenny and formerly of Baurnafea, Castlewarren) 21st February 2020, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff at Castlecomer District Hospital, Philomena, beloved wife of the late Philip (Phil) and much loved mother of Mary, Helena, Anne, Philip and Paula, sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Johnston’s Funeral Home on Sunday (23rd Feb) from 3 o’clock with Funeral Prayers at 5.45 o’clock followed by removal to St. John’s Church. Requiem Mass on Monday at 10.30 o’clock. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran’s Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Friends of Castlecomer Hospital. House private please.

Kellett (née Doyle), Maura. (Seymourstown, Carnaross, Kells, Co. Meath and formerly Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny). 20th February 2020 at her home. Sadly missed by her loving husband Tommy, daughter Katherine, sons Thomas and Jonathan, grandchildren Daniel, David, Aoife, Emma-Jane, Sophie, Bobby, Kristian and Síofra, brothers, sister, in-laws, relatives and friends.

Reposing at McEntee’s Funeral Home, Kells (A82 K0D7) on Sunday 23rd Feb. from 4pm until 7pm. Removal on Monday morning, 24th Feb., leaving Funeral Home at 11.15am to arrive Kilskyre Church (A82 YV97) for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Lawless (Hollybank Lane, Clongowen, Kilkenny and formerly of Newpark) 20th February 2020, at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, following an accident, Joseph (Joey), beloved son of Mary and the late Ned and much loved brother of Anne, Brid, Adrienne, Seamus and Eamonn, sadly missed by his heartbroken family, brothers-in-law Paul and Adrian, sister-in-law Sheila, Brid’s partner PJ, uncles and aunts, nephews and nieces, grandnephews and grandniece, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing In Johnston’s Funeral Home on Monday (24th February) from 4 o’clock with Funeral Prayers at 6.15 o’clock followed by removal to St John’s Church. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 10.30 o’clock. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran’s Cemetery.

Tracey MAHER (née Brett)
Middleknock, Kilkenny city

The death has taken place of Tracey Maher (nee Brett) on 21st February 2020 in the loving care of Anne and the staff at Tinnypark Nursing Home – Tracey of 4 Middleknock, Dublin Road, Kilkenny and of Perfecto Print – beloved wife of Derek and the proud mother of Jamie, Saoirse and Abby. Survived by her mother and best friend Kathleen, father Michael – sisters Natalie & Natti and brothers Martin, Niall and John, along with a large extended family and wide group of friends.

Reposing in Johnston’s Funeral Home on Saturday (22nd Feb) from 4.30pm with Funeral Prayers at 6.15pm followed by removal to St. John’s Church. Funeral Mass celebrating Tracey’s life and faith takes place on Sunday at 11.30am with burial afterwards in St. Kieran’s Cemetery. Tracey loved the colour red and mourners are asked if possible to wear red.

Family flowers only – donations, if desired, to Carlow Kilkenny homecare team – Perfecto Print closed till Tuesday, 25th, as a mark of respect.

5 St. Mary’s Avenue, Urlingford

Kathleen died peacefully surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her husband Tommy. Deeply regretted by her loving family, relatives and close circle of friends

Reposing at Doyle’s Funeral Home, Urlingford on Saturday evening from 4 o’clock until 6 o’clock followed by removal to the Church of the Assumption, Urlingford arriving for Mass at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 1 o’clock followed by burial in Johnstown Cemetery.
