Two archaeological heritage projects in Kilkenny are to share €60,000 funding announced under a new government initiative. The Community Monuments Fund was announced by Kikenny TD and Heritage Minister Malcolm Noonan to support the conservation, maintenance, protection and promotion of local monuments and historic sites.
