Vandals wreck car parked in driveway of Kilkenny home as family slept
VANDALS targeted a car parked in the driveway of a house in Kilkenny city, causing serious damage to the bodywork.
The damaged car, a red Honda Civic, was parked in the driveway of a house at Pococke Lower, Johnswell Road, Kilkenny overnight last Monday when the vandals struck.
The owners awoke to find large scratches etched into the driver’s door.
Kilkenny gardai are investigating the incident, but there has been no arrests so far.
They have urged anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area at the time to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000.
