Man and woman arrested during drugs bust in Kilkenny city
Almost €6,000 worth of drugs were discovered during a planned raid of a house in Kilkenny.
The Kilkenny Divisional Drugs Unit found the stash during a search under warranty carried out in the city on Saturday.
A local Garda source confirmed an estimated €5,800 worth of cannabis was seized during the operation, along with “paraphernalia associated with the sale and supply of drugs”.
A man and a woman were arrested at the scene. Gardai said investigations “are ongoing”.
