White van man caught driving on Kilkenny road with false insurance disc
The driver of this white van was busted after Kilkenny gardai discovered their insurance and tax discs did not match the vehicle.
The van was stopped by gardai manning a checkpoint in Gowran on Tuesday.
A local Garda spokesperson confirmed the vehicle was impounded under Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act for no insurance.
