German Ambassador to meet local businesses during visit to Kilkenny

KILKENNY will welcome the German Ambassador to Ireland tomorrow as part of a move to develop business relationships with the country.

Her Excellency Ms Deike Potzel, will be accompanied by Ralf Lissek, CEO of the German-Irish Chamber of Commerce on the visit.

Ms Potzel will meet local businesses who have ties with, or are looking to develop relationships, with Germany. Local businesses will get the opportunity to introduce themselves to the Ambassador and learn more about how to access the German market.

The lunch event in honour of Ambassador Potzel is hosted by Kilkenny Chamber and will take place in Hotel Kilkenny.

The event follows the visit of the Indian Ambassador to Ireland, Mr Sandeep Kumar, to the city last month.
