Popular Kilkenny takeaway temporarily shut down by food safety chiefs reopens

By COLIN BARTLEY

A POPULAR Kilkenny takeaway that was temporarily forced to close its doors has now re-opened.

Kilkenny Kebabish, on Walkin Street in the city, was forced to close last Friday after an inspection by the Health Service Executive (HSE) on behalf of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI).

The closure order was served under the EC (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 117 of 2010).

No derails were given as to why the takeaway was shut down.

Kilkenny Kebabish has since had order lifted and has re-opened.
