Stone-throwing youths damage digger at Kilkenny city building site
Stone-throwing youths smashed the window of a digger at a construction in Kilkenny city.
The act of vandalism occurred on the building site on the Circular Road near Robertshill on Wednesday, June 24, at around 3pm.
A local Garda spokesperson confirmed the rear window of the vehicle was broken during the attack.
It is understood one youth, who is not from the local area, was subsequently arrested in connection with the incident.
Gardai have asked eyewitnesses or anyone who knows anything about the incident to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000.
