Plans to build new large family homes at county Kilkenny estate

Plans to extend a housing estate in Urlingford have been lodged with Kilkenny County Council.

Canview Ltd is seeking permission to complete the existing development at Togher Crescent.

It wants to build seven new detached dwellings, including four two-storey, five-bedroom homes and three two-storey four bed houses.

The developer is also seeking permission to alter existing footpaths on the estate and to connect existing public services such as sewerage and water supplies along with other associated site works.
