You decide: Future of Kilkenny’s development is in your hands
The initial vision of how Kilkenny will be shaped – and the direction the county’s development will take – has been released to the public.
Kilkenny Council has just published the draft City & County Development Plan to cover the next six years up until 2027.
The plan sets out the proposed policies and objectives for the physical development of Kilkenny city and county as we head towards the next decade.
The council are looking for the public’s thoughts on the plan, which will be on display for the next 12 weeks, until March 12, 2021.
The plan can be viewed at the council’s Planning Office in County Hall and at all of the Council’s Library branches.
Public submissions can be uploaded directly onto the website – consult.kilkenny.ie, by email to Submissions to ourplan@kilkennycoco.ie or by post to the planning department.
