Could it be you? €12.7m winning Lotto ticket sold in Kilkenny
One lucky Kilkenny player has just scooped €12.74 million the National Lottery has revealed.
The prize, one of the largest jackpots in the history of the Lotto, was confirmed to have been won by a ticket bought in county Kilkenny.
The €12,740,043 Lotto jackpot was bought as a Quick Pick ticket in a Kilkenny store and the ticket holder has yet to make contact with the National Lottery to claim their prize.
Details on where the 12th largest Lotto jackpot winner bought their ticket will be released in the coming days.
A National Lottery spokesperson said it will reveal the name of the winning jackpot store in Kilkenny in the coming days and said: “As always with multi-million jackpot wins, it is important that we inform the winning retailer and of course to give the winning ticketholder the time and space they need to let this truly life-altering €12.7 million win sink in.
“With so many big winners in Wednesday night’s Lotto draw, we are asking everyone who bought a ticket for the draw to check their tickets carefully,” the spokesperson concluded.
The winning Lotto numbers are: 04, 14, 20, 23, 27, 37 and the Bonus number is: 39.
