A further two people pass away and 21 new cases confirmed
There were two deaths from Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland, the HSE said this evening.
The total death toll here is now 1,753 while the number of confirmed cases has now reached 25,750 after another 21 were diagnosed.
Meanwhile, European sun spots such as Spain, France and Portugal are not likely yo feature on the ‘green’ list of countries deemed safe to travel to and from with 14 days of self-isolation.
A key measure will be the number of new cases per 100,000 of population over the past fortnight, which is currently four in Ireland.
