Back to the future! Kilkenny gardai appeal over ‘strange looking device’
Kilkenny gardai have launched an appeal to reunite a “strange looking device” with its owner.
Gardai believe the old-looking device, which was handed into Kilkenny Garda Station last Friday, may be used for issuing tickets.
A local Garda spokesperson joked: “This strange looking device was handed into the station last Friday evening. We are unsure if it is used for surveys, issuing tickets or even bringing you back to 1985!
“Anyway if you are or know the owner please contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000.”
