Burglar trashes bedroom of county Kilkenny home then flees empty-handed
A burglar ransacked a house in county Kilkenny but left without taking anything.
The incident occurred at a house in the Rathlogan area of Johnstown, sometime between 6pm on Tuesday evening and noon on Wednesday.
The homeowners returned to discover the lock on the front door was broken and the house had been entered.
They discovered a bedroom was ransacked, however, it appears nothing was taken.
