Burglars ransack home in Kilkenny town while owners were away
Burglars broke into a county Kilkenny home while the owners were away over the Christmas holidays and ransacked the property.
The break-in at the property in Westcourt Demesne, Callan, occurred sometime between Tuesday, December 31 and January 12.
A Garda spokesperson confirmed: “A window at the rear of the house was forced open. All rooms in the house were disturbed.”
