Cannabis kid busted by gardai in Kilkenny city-centre
A TEENAGER was arrested after he was caught with €280 worth of cannabis in Kilkenny city-centre.
The 17-year-old was stopped and searched by gardai in the city at around lunchtime yesterday.
They discovered the drugs in his possession and took him to Kilkenny Garda Station for questioning.
He was later released without charge. A file on the matter is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
