Vandals smash window of car parked outside house in Kilkenny village
The window of a car was smashed in the middle of the day as it was parked up outside a house in a Kilkenny village.
The incident occured at Belline Way, Banagher Court in Piltown between 11.50am and 12.30pm on Thursday.
A local Garda spokesperson confirmed the back window of a Black Dacia Duster was shattered as the vehicle was parked outside.
Anyone with information about the incident or who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area at the time is asked to contact Mooncoin Garda Station on 051 895 122.
