Cement mixer stolen during while Kilkenny home was being renovated

Valuable builsing equipment was stolen from a construction site in Kilkenny city last week.

The incident occurred at a house on the Circular Road between Wednesday evening and Friday afternoon.

Burglars forced open a door at the back of the property, which is currently being renovated, to gain entry.

They stole an orange Belle cement mixer with around €850.

A Garda spokesperson said “transportation would have been required to move the mixer”.
