Gardai re-issue appeal after Kilkenny mobile home trashed in late night attack

Gardai have re-issued an appeal for information regarding an attack on a mobile home in county Kilkenny.

The incident occurred at Ardclone in Piltown at 5.30am on Thursday, March 19.

The mobile home was destroyed with windows being smashed in and serious damage caused to the shell of the structure.

The hammer used during the attack was found at the scene and has been sent off for forensic analysis.

Luckily the occupant of the mobile home was not present when the attack occurred.

Gardaí in Mooncoin have re-issued an appeal for information about the unprovoked attack and are asking anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area to contact them on 051 895 122.
