Green light for 25 new social homes outside Kilkenny village
Plans to build 25 new homes in a Kilkenny village have finally been approved after a protracted process.
Kilkenny County Council recently formally gave the green light to the development at Dangan, beside Kilmacow.
Dunkitt Properties Ltd initially submitted its plans to the council back in September 2019.
A spokesperson for the developer told KilkennyNow.ie: “It will be great to put some life back into the village. We are aiming to commence on site in autumn 2021 with a 12-month completion schedule.”
The spokesperson confirmed the new development will be called ‘Church View’.
