Green light given to new development to house over 200 people in Kilkenny city
Plans to build homes for more than 200 people have been approved by Kilkenny County Council
The new development will see the construction of 40 new family homes on the outskirts of the city.
The homes will be built at Tullaroan Road, Loughmacask, Lousybush on the outskirts of the city by Bluelime Homes Limited.
The development will consist of 30 three-bedroom houses, six four-bed houses and four five-bed homes, which when complete will be able to house 205 people according to the plans.
