Investigation as man shot by gardai
A man was shot by gardai during an incident in county Meath this afternoon.
Gardaí are currently at scene of the shooting incident which occurred at around 1pm in the Manorfield area of Clonee.
A Garda spokesperson confirmed: “A Garda firearm was discharged during the course of the incident. A man, details currently unknown, is currently being treated at the scene by paramedics. Further updates will be provided at the appropriate time.”
