Kilkenny Castle playground closed due to ‘unforeseen health and safety issues’
THE playground at Kilkenny Castle has closed “until further notice”.
Kilkenny Castle issued the notice earlier today. It said it was forced to take the decision because of “unforeseen health and safety issues”.
However, it did not elaborate any further on the exact reason for the sudden closure.
Many people left comments on the Kilkenny Castle Facebook page after the announcement expressing their disappointment and hope that the playground would reopen soon.
